Jim Parry, D.O.

Head and Neck/Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon

Dr. Jim Parry is a native of the Cleveland area. After graduating from Kent State University, he attended Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, Pennsylvania. He completed a five-year residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at State University of New York (SUNY), Upstate Medical University. Dr. Parry then went on to complete an additional fellowship specializing in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery under the tutelage of internationally-renowned Facial Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Calvin Johnson, Jr., at Tulane Medical University & Hedgewood Surgical Center in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Dr. Parry also continues to serve as a reservist in the United States Air Force and Ohio Air National Guard as a Flight Surgeon. Since beginning his military career in 1986, he has been deployed numerous times in support of combat, peacekeeping and humanitarian missions, including Sarajevo, Kosovo, Afghanistan, Iraq and earthquake recovery operations in Haiti.

Always striving for the natural appearance, he adheres to the philosophy of a balanced approach to cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Parry is Board Certified in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and fellowship trained in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He has been published in peer-reviewed journals and has presented scientific data at various meetings throughout the country. His interests include cycling, weight training and baseball.
