Check-in Process

In an effort to help maintain social distancing and reduce the number of people in the office, we are implementing a “PARKING LOT WAITING ROOM”.
Upon arrival please remain in your vehicle and check in by texting the front desk

Beachwood: 216-509-1665
Lake: 216-509-6673
Westlake: 216-509-0524

You will receive a text or call from the office letting you know that your private, sanitized room is ready.

Face Coverings
Face Coverings

Everyone entering the office, both employees and patients, must wear a face covering at all times (i.e., mask, scarf, anything that covers your nose and mouth).

Everyone entering the building is screened for symptoms. You will be asked standard screening questions to assess COVID-19 exposure risk, and your temperature will be taken.
If you do not feel well, have a cough or fever, shortness of breath, headache, change in sense of smell or taste, then please stay home and call your primary care physician.

Patients Only
Patients Only

For everyone’s safety, we ask that you attend your appointment alone. In the case of minors, or if medically necessary, only one person will be allowed to enter with you.

At this time, we are scheduling appointments for all services. Appointments are being scheduled to allow extended time between patients to maintain social distancing and to cleanse and disinfect the rooms. Virtual visits are available and encouraged.

Although anyone is susceptible to the COVID-19 virus, those who are 65 or older are encouraged to be especially careful, as are those with high-risk conditions such as chronic lung disease, moderate to severe asthma, heart conditions, diabetes, chronic kidney disease, or liver disease, as well as those who are immunocompromised or obese. If you are in this category, please consider if the necessity of your visit warrants leaving home for you.

Your virtual visit copay may be $0! Some insurance companies are waving co-pays for Virtual Visits.

We are looking forward to seeing you! Please do not hesitate to give us a call with any questions. Thank you for trusting us as with your care.
