ABOUT

Expertise in Vein Care, Dermatology & Minimally-Invasive Treatments

Dr. Greg Kezele brings more than 35 years of extensive experience treating varicose and spider veins to The Parker Skin & Aesthetic Clinic. As a board-certified physician, treating vein disease has been Dr. Kezele’s primary specialty since 1991.

Skilled in the latest techniques, he offers treatments that are safe, quick, and effective. His comprehensive, minimally invasive approach includes endovenous thermal ablation, endovenous chemical ablation with ultrasound-guided foam sclerotherapy, and visually-guided sclerotherapy. These techniques enable him to meet each patient’s needs by treating a broad spectrum of venous diseases, from the smallest spider veins to the largest varicose veins.

Background

Before joining The Parker Skin & Aesthetic Clinic, Dr. Kezele served as managing physician at the Circulatory Centers of Cleveland and later practiced vascular medicine at Northeast Ohio Vascular Associates in Willoughby. He works in the Department of Family Practice and leads the Hyperbaric Oxygen & Wound Care Center at Lake West Medical Center. Most recently, he treated patients at Vein Clinics of America in Beachwood.

Dr. Kezele completed his Doctor of Medicine at Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton. He completed his residency at Akron General Medical Center and earned his Bachelor of Arts from the College of Wooster. He is board-certified in Family Medicine, Venous and Lymphatic Medicine, and is a long-standing member of the American College of Phlebology.

Dr. Kezele and his family have lived in the eastern suburbs for 25 years. He is an Eagle Scout and has been involved with the Boy Scouts for over 50 years. He enjoys many outdoor activities, including backpacking, camping, scuba, canoeing, and whitewater rafting. He is also certified in Wilderness Medicine.

VEIN CONDITIONS

Dr. Kezele treats a wide range of vein concerns, from early symptoms to more visible conditions. This includes spider veins, varicose veins, vascular clusters, and related skin changes. He explains each condition in simple terms, helping you understand why it appears and how treatment can help.

He also offers several minimally invasive procedures that address both cosmetic and medical needs. Many patients choose varicose vein treatment in Cleveland to relieve heaviness, swelling, or visible bulging veins. Others choose sclerotherapy for spider and varicose veins to target smaller vessels and improve skin appearance.

Why patients choose Dr. Kezele

Patients across Cleveland, Beachwood, Lake County, and Westlake value Dr. Gregory Kezele’s clear communication and steady approach during their visits. He explains vein concerns in simple terms and helps you understand what may be contributing to your symptoms.

At The Parker Skin & Aesthetic Clinic, he uses his background in vascular medicine and phlebology to guide patients through their options with care and attention. His familiarity with a wide range of vein conditions allows him to provide guidance that aligns with your goals and keeps you informed throughout the process. If you’re looking for this kind of support from a specialist, this leg vein clinic can help.

Frequently Asked Questions

What causes spider or varicose veins?

These veins often appear due to pressure inside the vessel, genetics, or lifestyle factors. Age, pregnancy, and long periods of standing may also increase your chances of developing them.

Do vein treatments hurt?

Most treatments feel mild and brief, with only slight pressure or stinging. Your provider will explain each step so you know what to expect and feel at ease.

How long do vein treatments take?

Most sessions last 20–45 minutes, depending on the area treated. Because these procedures are minimally invasive, you can return to light routine activities soon after.

When will I see results?

You usually notice early changes within a few weeks, with continued improvement over time. Some veins may require more than one session, depending on their size and visibility.

Are results permanent?

Treated veins usually fade and do not return. New veins may appear later, which is why some people choose periodic maintenance.
